Any reseller or distributor of our products (including collaborations) has to have our written/contractual consent prior to any resale or distribution of A7 products. In the event any reseller or customer violates the Resale Policy, A7 reserves the right to pursue legal action against the reseller.
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality product. From time to time we are made aware that imitations of our products may be produced and sold. We own several patents and trademarks and take the issue of counterfeiting very seriously and do our best to legally address each infringement. If you received...
(a) Defective Item
In the event an item(s) is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s). Prior notification of the defect must be sent via email to email@example.com.
(b) Wrong Item
In the event that you received a wrong item(s), please submit an exchange request via our Returns Portal.
(c) Missing item(s)
In the event that you are missing items in your order, once we are notified we will ship out the missing items within 3-5 business days; dependent on current stock. Please notify us of this issue via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Order Cancellations/ Refunds:
We will be happy to cancel your order and refund your order in full before your order ships. If your order has shipped and you received the tracking number, we would be unable to make any order adjustments or cancellations.
- If your order is returned to sender (back to us) we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping back to you once we receive your package at our warehouse.
- If you would like to cancel your order, but it already shipped, you can submit a return request a return for refund here.
Made a mistake in your order? No worries! We will be happy to make adjustments to your order before it ships. If your order has shipped and you received the tracking number, we would be unable to make any size or address changes. If something is not fitting well, you can return or exchange the product after you receive the package.
Issues with any of the products you received? We take quality control very seriously and will do our best to help. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to report a defective product. Discounted items or items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are not covered under warranty.
Your order marked as delivered but you can not find it? Please make sure to report any missing packages within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation. We will do our best to locate your package. Please make sure to check the shipping address and make sure the package was not received by one of your neighbors of house mates. If your package is still missing please contact us via email@example.com.
How long does it take for me to receive my exchanged product?
A new order will be automatically generated for your exchange, even before you send back your original item. We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail to ship all exchanged products. It usually takes 1-14 business business days to receive your exchanged product.
How do I exchange a gift?
To return a gift click on "Returning a Gift" in the Return Portal. The giftee will need to enter their Order Number, Zip Code, Name (First and Last), and Email Address. Once their return has been initiated, the giftee will be provided with a shipping label to send the products back.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes, you can exchange the product you purchased for another product. When you are in the Return Portal you can click "Shop for something new" and you will be able to select a different product.
How are refunds calculated?
For example, if you are returning a shirt ($39.95 value) and the return shipping cost is $5.30, your refund will be calculated as follows $39.95 - $5.30 = $34.65. We do not refund the shipping cost when you placed the original order. Your estimated refund and shipping cost will be shown on the summary page.
How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
We process all refunds on Thursdays. If your package arrived at our warehouse on Friday, your return will be processed the following Thursday. If your return meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method on Thursday. The refund may take up to 5 business days to process.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
To return a gift click on "Returning a Gift" in the Return Portal. The giftee will need to enter their Order Number, Zip Code, Name (First and Last), and Email Address. Once their return has been initiated, the giftee will be provided with a shipping label to send the products back. If you are exchanging your gift your gifter won’t be notified of this return.
How do I change the ship from address on my return?
Once you are on the summary page, you will see the ship from address. To change the ship from address click on "Edit shipping details" and you can enter the new address.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Sorry about that! After starting your return, select "Received Wrong Item" under "Reason for return", and proceed through the exchange. Your preferred item will ship to you right away.
What should I do if I receive damaged product?
We take quality issues very seriously and will be happy to send you a replacement product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help!
For hygiene reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for socks or briefs. Products in the "Last Call" collection or any discounted items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
