Tracking your USPS domestic package:
Please closely monitor your shipment tracking number to ensure proper delivery of the package. Your tracking # will be sent to you as soon as we ship your package.
Please allow 48 hours (or two business days) for the tracking to update in the system. Due to large volume of orders being shipped by US Mail, USPS Packages may take several days to be scanned.
International Shipping Options:
International shipping options and shipping times will depend on the country you are located. You can view all shipping options and calculated shipping rates available to your location at check-out. Please keep in mind that all international package need to undergo customs clearance and customs inspection may delay the delivery timeline.
Below are some of the international shipping options:
- USPS First Class Package International: Usual shipping time 6-8 weeks, however, delivery may take up to 90 days to some regions.
- USPS Priority Mail International: Usual shipping time 2-4 weeks, however, delivery may take up to 90 days to some regions.
- UPS Various Services: Shipping timeline will depend on service selected and destination.
- DHL Express: Shipping timeline will depend on the destination.
Important information about international orders:

Packages traveling outside USA will need to be inspected and cleared by the Customs Agency once they arrives at the destination country, which may cause some delivery delays.
- Your package may also be subject to customs, VAT or duty fees when it enters the destination country. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and are collected by the Customs Agency at the destination country.
- We are not responsible for customs fees and potential shipping delays due to customs clearance. We are not responsible for any parcels that are returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not be able to issue refunds for shipping cost under these circumstances. No refunds or returns will be accepted for Customs fees paid or refusal of the package by not accepting Customs fees.
- It is not uncommon for Customs agencies to take beyond 30 days to process some shipments, especially during high volume seasons like holidays. Neither A7 or the shipping carrier have control over the length of time it takes to clear Customs.
- International orders will not be refunded for prolonged shipping as a result of Customs processing or delivery issues. The delivery and customs processing time varies and is unavoidable.
- International shipments are only able to file a lost package claim 120 days after shipment.
Tracking your USPS International package:
- Your order is shipped and then picked up by USPS.
- Your package travels to a USPS Partner Facility in Illinois, where all international shipments are prepped for international departure. You can follow the journey of your package with your tracking number up until the package departs this Processing Facility in the US.
- The tracking will stop after the package leaves the US. It is standard to have a gap of several weeks from the time your package leaves the US to the time it arrives at the destination country (this means that the package is still traveling and does not mean that the package is lost).
- USPS handles package delivery up to customs at the destination country, at which point, the host postal service of the destination country handles package delivery to the recipient.
- You may track your package via your local mail carrier with the same tracking number, however this option is not available for all countries. For example, package traveling from USA to the Australia can also be tracked with the same tracking number via Australia Post once it arrives in Australia.
Shipping Refunds
If you selected one of the guaranteed services such as UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air and your package was not delivered in a timeline manner, please email our Customer Care Team at hello@a7.co and we will be happy to help. We do not currently offer shipping refunds for any other non-guaranteed services when the shipping timeline is extended.
We can not guarantee shipments by a certain date during inclement or severe weather as airports and roads may be closed during this time. We will not be able to offer refunds for shipping if your package is delayed due to severe weather.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
The shipping timeline for your order will depend on your location and the shipping service you select. You can view all shipping services and options to your location above or at check-out. If you already placed your order, the tracking link will show the most up-to-date information on the location of your package.
What should I do if my USPS domestic package stopped moving in the tracking process?
If your USPS domestic tracking has ceased to show movement on the package and delivery has exceeded the expected delivery date by 7 business days please email us at hello@a7.co and we will do our best to help.
What should I do if my USPS international package stopped moving in the tracking process?
International deliveries typically take 4-8 weeks to most countries. However, it is not uncommon for packages to take up to 90 days to be delivered. Tracking is usually not available once the package leaves the USA. If your USPS international tracking has ceased to show movement on the package, your package is likely in transit to the destination and may not be updated with tracking scans in the delivery process. If 90 days have passed since the shipping date and the package has not arrived yet, please email us at hello@a7.co and we will do our best to help.
What should I do if my package was returned to sender?
There could be several reasons why your package was returned to sender. Please contact out Customer Care Team at hello@a7.co and we will be happy to help.
The tracking shows my package was delivered, but I can not locate it. What should I do?
If your package was shipped via USPS, your package may still be in the delivery process. Please allow for up to 48 hours for your package to be delivered as occasionally packages are marked as delivered by mistake. If after 48 hours your package can not be located, please call USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 or email our Customer Service Team at hello@a7.co.
If your package was shipped via any other carrier than USPS and you are unable to locate it, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@a7.co ASAP and we will be happy to help.
