Priority Packing

We know you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to get your order out of the door as quickly as possible. However, due to high volume of orders during this holiday season, packing may take up to 10 business days (2 weeks). This Priority Packing option means that we can pack your order within 1 business day (weekends and holidays excluded) and you will receive a tracking number as soon as we print the label. Business days are Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST.

Packing times (the time it takes for our Warehouse Team to pack your order) are NOT the same as shipping timeline (the time it takes for the shipping courier to deliver to you [the timeline listed at checkout]).

The shipping timeline will depend on the shipping method you select. Some shipping couriers may experience delays due to COVID and holidays. If you have a time-sensitive order, please select expedited shipping service such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, DHL Express.
