The grip is all over the shirt, meaning there is literally no strength pursuit it is not ideal for. Each line is approximately ½” in thickness and is stitched right into the seams to ensure it stays durable no matter how heavy the stone, log or yoke you encounter may be. As an added bonus, this is one of our “stealth” shirts, which means while you stand out in a premium shirt, the competition won’t see you coming.

An axle sticks to it great, which is primarily why I bought it. In that respect, it does exactly what it's supposed to. I bought a size small, and the fit is exactly what I wanted - tight. Thus far, it seems to be fairly durable. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it's unbelievably hot to wear. That's probably unavoidable, but I'd feel almost unsafe to wear it for an entire outdoor meet in the Summer.

I really love the shirt! It is huge for log clean and presses. The grip on the back helps with yoke. I’m a little bit gun-shy about using it in training for atlas stones ( tacky) and sand bags because I’m worried I might damage it.
